Pat McKeown, Executive Director
Pat started with the County Chamber in 2008 as the Chamber’s Executive Director and oversees the day-to-day operation of the organization, as well as planning for the future. She creates the budget, and serves on the executive committee, conducts the quarterly meetings, and works on economic, workforce development, and tourism projects for the Chamber.

Suzanne Casaday, Insurance Agent/Administrator and Membership Coordinator
Suzanne started with the County Chamber in 2001. She assists businesses in becoming members of the County Chamber as well as enrolling businesses in the Excellus BlueCross Blue Shield or MVP insurance programs. Suzanne also serves as the coordinator for the St. Lawrence Leadership Institute, which partners with the County Chamber.

Jennifer Dunn, Bookkeeper
Jennifer started with the County Chamber in 2005 and handles all of the accounts receivable and payables. She also serves as the Chamber’s loan officer for its revolving USDA microloan fund. She meets on an as needed basis with the Chamber’s loan committee to approve pending loans.

Sally Hill, Receptionist and Staff Assistant
Sally started with the Chamber in 2004. She handles purchasing and sales for The Treasure Corner, as well as general office duties, and mailings for new and renewing members.

Alison Power, Tourism, Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
Alison began with the Chamber in 2011. She is responsible for coordinating all tourism efforts, both in-county and beyond, helping the chamber to link with the "I Love NY" program. In addition, she works with the Events Coordinator to showcase St. Lawrence County and the Chamber: she is also resonsible for the Chamber's newsletter and website.

Jo Ann Roberts, Events and Promotions Manager and Membership Coordinator
Jo Ann started with the County Chamber in 2007. She works on various Chamber events throughout the year including the Chamber’s business expo “The Really Big Show” in the spring, the Annual Jr. Carp Tournament, and the Craft, Food and Wine Show. In addition she coordinates the Business in the Spotlight events, which are a monthly after-hours networking opportunity for members and soon to be members. She also works on recruiting new members to the Chamber.
