“Out and About: Family Fun in the North Country” is a compilation of family activities which can be found in St. Lawrence County and the surrounding region.

The book was published by Vision Press in Gouverneur for the MeKenney Middle School Parents Group, which fosters the educational mission of the school by providing supplemental funding for enrichment programs, field trips and special activities to enhance the educational experiences of students and teachers.

Kendall Taylor is a noted author and Fulbright scholar whose daughter attends McKenny Middle School.
