Massena

The Massena area offers more than the majestic St. Lawrence for fishing opportunities. The Grasse and Raquette Rivers flow through the village offering some of the best small river angling anywhere.
The Robert Moses State Park offers a dramatic view of ocean going cargo ships passing through the Eisenhower and Snell Locks. A boat launch, picnic areas, and campsites are available as well as a visitors center.
Wilson Hill Island, Croil Islands, and Long Sault Islands at Massena offer excellent Smallmouth angling. The bays between Wilson Hill Island and the Massena intake dam are popular northern pike areas. Walleyes are Muskie are also found in these areas.
